What your clients see, and what is hidden
Everything we sell or support with is removed. A few things still say our name.
A client workspace has everything we sell or support with removed from it. Not for tidiness: each of those would route your customer to us and tell them you are a reseller.
Removed from a client account
| What | Why it had to go |
|---|---|
| Billing | Shows our prices to someone whose agency is paying. |
| Refer a friend | That is our referral programme, not yours. |
| The book-a-call card | Opens our founder's calendar. |
| The support bot | It is our support bot and will happily explain our pricing to your customer. |
| The close-account address | Replaced with your support email, or with "contact your account administrator" if you have not set one. |
| The setup checklist | It contained "submit feedback" and "refer a friend who signs up". |
| The full-screen Quick Start | A new client is not bounced into a wizard with no exit. |
| The Remove Powered by toggles | Already off for them, and the label names us. |
Their public pages
"Powered by Personify" is off automatically on every clone a client builds, including the pages their own visitors see. This is the most visible place a white label could break, so it is not left to a toggle.
Where we are still visible
Be straight with yourself about these before you promise a client a seamless white label. Each one is real today.
| Where | What shows |
|---|---|
| Every email except the password reset | Our name and logo. Only the password reset carries yours, and it is the one message every client is guaranteed to receive. |
| The address all mail is sent from | mail.personify.fyi. Only the display name is yours. Anyone who opens the message headers can see us. It is the only domain verified for sending. |
| The public clone page's browser tab | Our name. The dashboard tab is branded; the tab on the page their audience visits is not. |
| The sign-in address | Ours, unless you have connected your own domain. |
Terms and Privacy used to be on this list. They are not any more: set your own URLs under Client experience and your clients see your pages instead of ours.
Emails we do not send them
Client workspaces are excluded from our weekly digest and our nurture sequence, so there is no marketing mail with our name on it. What remains is transactional.
