How It Works
Four steps from an empty account to a client signing in under your brand.

Brand it once
Set your product name, logo and accent colour, add your support email and Terms and Privacy links, and connect your own sign-in domain if you have one.

Build a template
Write the persona, tone, guardrails and starter prompts once, or snapshot a clone you already got right, and save it as a template.

Add a client
Enter their name and email and pick a template. Their account and workspace are created and already active. You copy the generated login and hand it over. There is no invitation email for them to accept.

Run the account
Work inside any client from the switcher, read their usage each month, and put a client on hold or remove your access when the relationship changes.
A new client's email must not already have an account. That is a safety rule: without it, typing an existing customer's address would hand you their workspace. The generated password is shown once and never stored, so copy it before you close the dialog. Details are in Adding a client.
Templates carry the persona, tone, guardrails, starter prompts and colours. They leave out knowledge sources, the avatar photo and booking links, because those have to be the client's own.
What Your Clients Get
A working product with your name on it, and nothing that sells to them.
- An account that is already active, with no confirmation email to click.
- The paid product with no message cap they will reach in practice, so their clone never stops answering because of a free plan limit.
- No billing page, no upgrade prompts, no referral programme and no Personify support bot. When they need a person, they are pointed to your support address.
- "Powered by Personify" switched off automatically on every clone they build.
- Their public clone pages keep their own name, photo and colours. A visitor talking to a coach's clone sees the coach, not the agency.
There is also a client handbook: help articles written for the people you set up, with our name nowhere in them, so you can hand them over or paste them into your own help centre.
When a client stops paying, put them on hold: their public pages stop answering and nothing is deleted. When the relationship ends, removing your access hands them back as an ordinary account with everything intact.

Personify never bills your clients and never quotes them a price. Usage is reported per client in credits, one per exchange, which is the number to invoice from. There is no built-in rebilling, so how you charge is yours. See What your clients are on for the limits.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a white label AI coaching platform?+
It is a platform you resell under your own name. With Personify Agency mode you create client accounts, build AI clones inside them, and your clients sign into a dashboard carrying your product name, logo and accent colour, at your own domain if you connect one. Billing, our referral programme and our support bot are removed from every client account.
How much does Personify Agency cost?+
Agency is $149 a month and includes 3 client workspaces. Each client after that is $29 a month. It includes everything in Pro, up to 5 clones per client, and a dedicated manager. Your clients are never billed by Personify and never shown a price, so what you charge them is entirely up to you.
Can I resell AI clones to my own clients?+
Yes, that is what Agency mode is for. Each client gets their own workspace on the paid product with no message cap they will reach in practice. Nothing bills their account. There is no rebilling built in either: the client list shows the credits each client used per month, and you invoice from that number however you like.
Will my clients know the product is white labelled?+
The dashboard, sign-in page and browser tab carry your brand, and "Powered by Personify" is switched off automatically on every clone a client builds. A few places still show our name today: every email except the password reset, the address mail is sent from, the browser tab on public clone pages, and the sign-in address unless you connect your own domain.
Does Agency mode rebrand my clients' public clone pages?+
No, and that is deliberate. A client's public clone page keeps that client's own name, photo and colours, because their visitors should see the coach, not the agency. Your own domain covers the dashboard your clients sign in to, not the pages their audience visits.
What happens if a client stops paying me?+
Put them on hold from the Clients table. Their hosted clone page and embedded widget stop answering, but nothing is deleted and their login still works. Lifting the hold is one click. If the relationship is over, removing your access hands them back as an ordinary account with everything intact.
