What agency mode gives you
Five things, and one thing it deliberately does not do.
Agency mode turns one account into a product you resell. You create client accounts, work inside them, and put your own name on the dashboard they sign into.
The five parts
- Clients. Every client workspace you manage, in one list, with what each one is actually using. Opening a client switches the whole dashboard to it.
- Branding. Your product name, logo and accent colour on the dashboard your clients sign into, and on the browser tab.
- Client experience. Your support email, your Terms and Privacy pages, and the wording on the sign-in screen.
- Domain. Your clients sign in at your address instead of ours.
- Templates. A frozen persona you built once, copied into every client you add.
What it does not do
It does not rebrand your clients' public clone pages. Those keep each coach's own name, photo and colours, which is what their visitors should see. A visitor talking to Rori's clone should see Rori, not Rori's agency and not us.
It is also not a separate app. It is the same dashboard your clients use, with your name on it and a client list added for you.
Your clients are never quoted a price, never shown an upgrade prompt and never handed our support bot. Exactly what is hidden, and the handful of places we are still visible, is in What your clients see.
