Personify is built by DeepQuery Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We make one thing: a tool that turns what you already know into an AI that answers the way you would. This page is who we are and how we work. The product itself is explained on the home page.
Who we are
Personify is the product. DeepQuery Ltd is the company behind it, registered in England and Wales under company number 16919713, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. We have been building it since 2024.
We are small and we sell software rather than advertising, so the incentives are simple: the tool has to be good enough that people keep paying for it. There is a free plan because the fastest way to find out whether an AI clone works for you is to build one and read its answers, not to sit through a demo.

Why we built this

Common questions
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?+
ChatGPT knows nothing about you. Personify trains your AI clone on your specific content, your frameworks, your methodology, your way of answering questions. Someone talking to your clone gets your perspective, not a generic response.
Do I need any technical skills to build my AI clone?+
None at all. You paste your bio, upload content you already have (PDFs, videos, notes), and your clone is ready. The whole setup takes about 10 minutes.
What content do I need to get started?+
Start with a bio and a few paragraphs about your methodology. The more you add, course material, FAQ documents, past Q&As, transcribed videos, the more accurate your clone becomes.
Does the AI clone actually sound like me?+
Yes. We train it on your writing, your frameworks, and the way you explain things. It won't say 'as an AI language model'. It responds the way you would.

What's the difference between DIY and DFY?+

Can my AI clone handle questions outside my expertise?+
Yes. You can configure it to redirect out-of-scope questions back to you or to specific resources. It won't make things up outside the content you've provided.
How is my data handled?+
Your content is yours. It is used only to train your clone, never shared with other users, and never used to train other models. You can delete everything at any time.
