40% of every payment a referred account makes during its first 12 months. Commission stops after month 12. There is no cap on how many coaches you refer and no cap on total earnings within that window.
A new customer who has not held a Personify account before, who reaches the site through your tracked link and upgrades to a paid plan within 90 days of that click. Signups on the free plan are tracked but pay nothing until they upgrade.
Commission is credited once a referred payment has cleared and the refund window has passed, which is 30 days after the payment. A refunded or charged-back payment is reversed out of your balance.
Yes, $50. Anything below that rolls into the following month until it clears the threshold. Balances are never expired.
Monthly. Cleared commission from one month is paid out in the following month, to the payment details on your affiliate account.
90 days. If somebody clicks your link and comes back three months later to upgrade, that is still your referral. Attribution is last click, so if they later arrive through a different affiliate's link the more recent click wins.
Once your application is approved you get a login for the affiliate dashboard, where your link, clicks, referrals, pending balance and payout history all live. Nothing to install.
No. Self-referrals, referrals to accounts you control, and referrals to a business you are part of do not earn commission. If you want Personify for your own practice, use the free plan and upgrade in the normal way.
Yes, with two limits. You may not bid on Personify brand terms or close variants of them, and your ads may not imply that you are Personify or speak on its behalf. Ads that send traffic to your own content, which then recommends Personify, are fine.
Coupon and voucher sites, cookie stuffing, unsolicited email, impersonating Personify or its staff, buying brand keywords, and any claim about results or earnings that we have not published. Inventing numbers is the fastest way to lose an account.

Yes, and it is worth doing for the right audience, but it is quoted individually rather than sold off a price page, so it sits outside the standard 40% rate. Introduce us and we will agree the terms with you before the build starts.
