On the free plan a client would hit a ten-message cap and their clone would stop answering, with billing hidden and no upgrade path anywhere on screen. Ten messages of use and a dead product, with nothing they could do about it.

- No plan badge suggesting there is a better tier to buy.
Pricing your clients is entirely yours. We never quote them a price.
