No. The free plan does not expire and does not ask for a card. You get a real working clone to test before spending anything.

One message is one reply from your clone. The free plan includes 100 per month. Pro and above are unlimited.

It is the offer panel on your clone. You tell it what you sell, a course, a programme, a call, a free download, and it puts the right one in front of a visitor who asks for that kind of thing, as a card under the answer. It never brings an offer up unprompted, never on the first reply, and at most once a conversation. Free includes one offer, Pro includes ten.

Agencies run the entire platform under their own brand. You create a client workspace, build their clone from a saved template, and they log in on your domain to an app carrying your name, logo and colour, with your support address and terms. You see what each client used; they never see Personify or our pricing. It is $149/month including 3 client workspaces, then $29/month for each client after that, with up to 5 clones per client. Yes. Stripe Connect is built into Pro and above, so payments go straight to your own Stripe account. You can charge once or on a subscription, and let visitors send a few messages free before the paywall appears.

Yes, and it is a product rather than a plan. We build you a branded app on your own domain, clone your voice, process and train on your whole body of work, and wire up client accounts, saved conversation history, payments with your own tiered pricing, a landing page, your transactional and auth emails, an admin dashboard and analytics, plus any custom integrations or features you need. It typically goes live in about 14 days. Pricing is a flat quote scoped on a free discovery call.

Yes, and Done-For-You is built for it. We set up the payment integration and the tiers you want to sell: a monthly plan, a 6-month plan, an annual plan, an introductory trial, whatever fits your audience. Experts in this category typically sell an AI version of themselves at $1,000 to $2,000 a year. You own the pricing and the revenue.

A convincing voice clone needs a supervised recording session and hands-on tuning, so we only offer it as part of a build we run for you.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the period you have paid for ends, then drop back to the free tier. Nothing is deleted: your clone, your documents and your conversation history stay where they are. We do not refund fees already paid, though UK and EU consumers keep their statutory 14-day right to cancel a purchase.
