What your clone should not know
Material to keep out, and why it causes problems later.
Anything you add can come back in a conversation with a stranger. Decide with that in mind.
Never add
- Client names, session notes or anything told to you in confidence
- Anything covered by an NDA
- Personal contact details, yours or anyone else's
- Pricing you offer to some clients and not others
- Internal financials, strategy or anything about your team
Think twice about
Course material you sell. Your clone will explain it to anyone who asks. Some people want that as a taster, others have just given away the product. Decide deliberately rather than by accident.
Strong opinions you have softened. An old blog post arguing a position you have moved on from will be defended by your clone as though you still hold it.
If something sensitive is already in there
Delete the source on the Knowledge step. It stops being used from then on. Then ask about it in Test Arena to confirm it is gone.
