A clone cannot tell that something you gave it is out of date. It will state last year's price with exactly the same confidence as this year's.
Put changeable facts where they are easy to change
Prices, package names, availability and current offers belong in the Who you are field on the Personality step, not in an uploaded document. One line to edit beats re-uploading a PDF.
A quarterly ten minutes
- Skim your source list and delete anything describing work you no longer do
- Check any document that mentions a price, a date or a programme name
- Ask your clone in Test Arena what you charge and what you offer, and see what comes back
When you change your offer
Delete the old material rather than adding the new alongside it. Two contradictory sources produce contradictory answers, and which one wins is not predictable.
