A counter at the top of the Knowledge step shows where you are against both, so you find out before you are against the wall.
What a character limit means in practice
A transcribed hour-long coaching call is roughly 50,000 to 80,000 characters. A typical business book is around 400,000. Free's 100,000 characters is about one recorded call, or a solid set of Q&A answers plus your core framework.
If a limit message does not look right, contact support before deleting anything. Your material takes a long time to rebuild.
When you hit the source limit on Free
Combine before you upgrade. Ten Q&A entries can become one Text source. Several short documents can become one. You will often find the limit was not the real constraint.
Deleting sources
Removing a source frees its slot and its characters immediately. Your clone stops using that material from then on.
