It answers in your voice, from what you give it.
Your assistant answers questions the way you would, using material you feed it. People chat with it on a page you share or on your own website, and it replies in your voice.
What it is good at
- The questions you answer over and over.
- Explaining your method to somebody deciding whether to work with you.
- Being awake when you are not.
What it is not
- It is not you. It should say so.
- It cannot answer from things it has never been given.
- It does not replace a conversation. It gets people ready for one.
If your administrator set your assistant up before handing it over, the persona is already written. Your job is the knowledge.
