Signing in for the first time
You were given a login. Here is what to do with it.
Your account administrator created your account and gave you an email address and a password. Your account is already active, so there is nothing to confirm and no link to click.
Sign in at the address you were given, using that email and password.
Open Settings and change your password to something only you know.
- The one you were handed was generated and shared. Replacing it is the first thing to do.
The dashboard is yours. Everything you build lives in your own workspace.
If the password does not work
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. The reset email arrives from your administrator's brand, so look for their name rather than ours.
Bookmark the sign-in address. It is your own, not a generic one, so searching for it later is harder than it sounds.
