Adding your own knowledge
The one part nobody can do for you.
Your assistant knows how to sound like you before it knows anything about you. Knowledge is what closes that gap, and it is the part that has to come from you.

Start with these
- Your website, or the pages that explain what you do.
- The document you send people who ask "how does this work".
- Your prices and what is included, if you publish them.
- The five questions you are asked most, with the answers you actually give.
What to leave out
- Anything about a specific client. Assume every word can be quoted back by a stranger.
- Drafts and half-finished thinking. It cannot tell those from your settled view.
- Anything you would not say on a first call.
Everything you add can be repeated to anybody who chats with your assistant. There is no private half.
Add a little, then go and ask it something. Watching one bad answer improve teaches you more than uploading ten more files.
