Testing before you share it
Twenty minutes that saves an embarrassing first impression.
Use the Test Arena to talk to your assistant privately. Nothing there is visible to anybody else.
Ask the awkward ones
- What do you charge, and what happens next.
- The question you dread on a sales call.
- Something you have never fed it, to see whether it admits that or makes something up.
- Something rude, to see how it holds.
What a good answer looks like
- It sounds like you, not like a brochure.
- It says it does not know, rather than inventing.
- It is the length you would actually write.
When an answer is wrong
Correct it and the correction is remembered. Where the gap is missing information, add the source instead: a correction patches one answer, a source fixes every question that touches it.
When ten questions in a row read like you wrote them, it is ready.
