Upgrading to Pro
How to upgrade and what happens immediately.
Go to Billing in the sidebar and choose Pro. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Billed annually, Pro is $29 a month instead of $39, charged as $348 for the year. If you already know you are keeping it, that is about three months free.
What changes straight away
- Message limit lifts
- You can switch on all your clones at once
- Personify branding disappears from your pages
- Your knowledge limits rise to 500 sources and 10,000,000 characters
Your existing clones, knowledge and conversations are untouched. Nothing needs rebuilding.
If the upgrade did not apply
Sign out and back in first, which resolves most cases. If your plan still shows as Free after a successful payment, contact support with the email on the payment. Do not pay twice.
