Cancelling or downgrading
What happens to your clones and your material.
Cancel through the Manage button on the Billing page, which opens the Stripe portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens then
- You go back to Free, not to nothing
- Your clones, knowledge and conversations stay
- Only one clone can be active at a time, and you choose which
- Personify branding returns to your pages
- The message limit returns to 100 a month
If you are over the Free limits
Nothing is deleted. Sources above the free allowance stop being used until you delete some or upgrade again. Your material is still there if you come back.
