Refer a friend in the sidebar gives you a personal link. Anyone who signs up through it counts as a referral.

What a credit is
A credit is a message your clone answers. On the free plan you get 100 a month, so a full set of five referrals doubles your allowance for that month.
On Pro, messages are unlimited, so the credits make no practical difference. The scheme is worth more to you on the free plan than after you upgrade.
Where to put the link
It works best somewhere your peers already are rather than broadcast. A reply in a group chat when somebody asks how you are handling the same questions over and over does better than a post.
Send the link with your own clone attached. "Here is the thing I built, here is the link if you want one" is a much easier recommendation than a bare referral link, and it proves the product works in the same message.
