Putting the chat inside a page
Embedding the conversation in your layout instead of a floating button.
As well as the floating button, your clone can sit inside the page itself, as part of your layout. Useful for a dedicated "Ask me" page, or beside a lesson.

Give it room
An embedded chat in a short container is unusable. Six hundred pixels of height is a sensible minimum, more if you can.
Where it works
- A dedicated page, linked from your main navigation
- Below a long article, where someone has just read your thinking
- Inside a members area, next to the material it relates to
- On your pricing page, answering the questions that stop people buying
Do not use both on one page
An embedded chat plus a floating button on the same page is confusing, and people cannot tell whether the two are the same conversation.
