Trouble signing in
Password resets, Google sign-in, and being sent back to the login page.
You never got the reset email
Check spam first. If it is not there, the most common cause is signing up originally with Google. An account created through Google has no password to reset, so use the Continue with Google button instead.
You signed up with Google but want a password
Use Forgot password with the same email address. That sets a password on the existing account rather than creating a second one.
You keep being sent back to the login page
Almost always blocked cookies or a privacy extension. Try a normal window with extensions off. If that works, allow cookies for app.personify.fyi.
You have two accounts by accident
This happens when you sign up with Google once and with email another time, using the same address. Your clones live on whichever account created them. Contact support with both addresses and we will merge them rather than you rebuilding.
