Testing with real people
Who to send it to first, and what to ask them.
You cannot test your own clone properly. You know what it is supposed to say, so you unconsciously ask questions it can answer.
Send it to three people
Pick people who know your work but do not know what you put in it: a past client, a peer, someone from your audience.
Ask them one question
"Where did it stop sounding like me?" That gets you something useful. "What do you think?" gets you "yeah it is good".
Read the transcripts
Every conversation is stored under Conversations. What they actually asked is more useful than what they report, because people forget the question that got a bad answer.
Then correct
Take the three worst answers into the Test Arena and rewrite them. Repeat with three more people.
