Is my clone good enough to share?
A straight answer, and the check that settles it in ten minutes.
This is the most common place people stop. They build a clone, talk to it a few times, decide it is not quite right, and never show it to anyone.
The honest answer: it is ready far earlier than it feels ready, and it cannot get better until real people use it.
The ten-minute check
Open Test Arena and ask your clone these five things. Practice sessions are free and do not use your monthly messages.
- What do you charge?
- How does working with you actually work?
- Can you help with my specific situation?
- Something clearly outside your field
- Are you a real person?
If the first three are roughly right, the fourth gets a graceful refusal, and the fifth admits it is an AI, you are ready. Fix anything that fails with Improve this answer, then share it.
What "not ready" actually looks like
Genuinely not ready
- It states a price you do not charge
- It recommends something you would not
- It claims to be you, a person
- It answers confidently on things you never taught it
Ready, and it feels wrong
- The wording is not exactly how you would put it
- It is more formal than you are
- It missed a nuance you would have added
- You have thought of six more documents to upload
The right-hand column never finishes. There is always another document. The left-hand column is a short list and it is fixable in an afternoon.
Share it narrow first
You do not have to announce it. Send the link to three people who know your work and ask one question: "Where did it stop sounding like me?"
Their answers will be more useful than another week of your own testing, because you unconsciously ask questions you know it can answer.

The thing nobody tells you
A clone that is 70% right and being used beats one that is 95% right and switched off. The 70% one is collecting the questions that tell you what to fix. The 95% one is a guess about what people will ask.
