Where transcripts live and what to look for.
Conversations in the sidebar holds every exchange, with the full transcript, which clone answered, and when.
What to look for
- Questions your clone could not answer, which tell you what to write next
- Conversations that stopped after one message, which usually means the first answer was poor
- Anything factually wrong, which is urgent
- Questions you did not expect, which are the most valuable thing in there
Turn refusals into Q&A
Every "I do not have that information" is a gap with a known question attached. Add it as a Q&A source and it never happens again.
Marking test conversations
Your own testing can be flagged as a test, and flagged chats show a Test badge. Tick Hide test chats above the list to take them out of view once you have real traffic.
