Getting help
Ask Ava, book a call, or email us.
There are three ways to get help, and they suit different problems.
Ask Ava
The chat icon in the top bar of the app opens Ava, our AI support assistant. She answers instantly and knows how the product works, so she is the fastest route for "how do I..." and "where is..." questions.
Ava is an AI, not a person. If she cannot help, she will pass it to a human rather than guess.
Book a call
If you would rather someone sat with you, book a free setup call at cal.com/deepquery/henry. It is free on every plan, including Free, and it is the quickest way through if you are stuck at the start or not sure what to put in your clone.
Email us
For anything account-specific, or anything you would rather not type into a chat box, email personify@deepquery.dev.
What to include when you write in
Whichever route you take, these five things get you a useful answer first time instead of a round of questions:
- Which clone, by name
- What you did, what you expected, what happened
- The exact wording of any error
- A link to the page, if it involves your website
- Whether it works in Test Arena
That last one saves the most time, because it separates a clone problem from an embed problem immediately.
Something urgent and customer-facing
Say so, and say where it is visible. A clone giving wrong answers on a live client-facing site is treated differently from a question about settings.
