Your clone is not responding
When messages get no reply.
- Check your message allowance. On Free, 100 messages a month, then it stops until the month resets. Billing shows where you are.
- Check the clone is active. An inactive clone does not answer. On Free only one can be active at a time.
- Try Test Arena. If it answers there but not on your site, the problem is the embed, not the clone.
- Reload the page. A tab left open for hours can lose its connection.
- Check the browser console for script errors from other code on the page.
It answers slowly
A few seconds is normal, and longer answers take longer. Consistently very slow replies on a clone with a large knowledge base are worth reporting.
