Reading conversations
The most useful screen in the product, and what to look for on it.
Conversations holds every exchange your clones have had, in full, with which clone answered and when.

Read them weekly
Ten minutes a week in here is worth more than any other maintenance you do. It is the only place you find out what your audience actually wants to know, in their own words rather than your guess at their words.
Four things to look for
- Refusals. Every "I do not have that information" is a gap with the question already written for you. Turn the repeats into Q&A sources.
- One-message conversations. Someone asked once and left. Read the answer they got, because it is usually the reason.
- Wrong answers. Fix these first, in Test Arena, today.
- Questions you did not expect. The most valuable thing in here, because it tells you what you have been assuming about your own audience.
Keeping your own testing out of the numbers

Conversations you have flagged as tests carry an orange Test badge. Ticking Hide test chats takes them out of the list. Worth doing once real people are using your clone, so your own experiments do not sit at the top of every page.
The filters
Search by name, email or clone. Filter by status, or by which clone answered. If you run several clones in different places, filtering by clone is how you find out which placement produces conversations worth having.
Turn your three most common refusals into Q&A sources this week. It is the fastest improvement available to you, and the questions are already written.
