The Short Answer
Delphi's own pricing page, read on October 12, 2026.
Delphi Builder per month on monthly billing ($79 billed annually)
Delphi Scaler per month, the tier with custom branding ($299 annually)
Delphi Immortal, labelled "for celebrities and public figures"
Here is the short list. Each one gets its own section below with who it fits, the price we saw today and one honest drawback.
- CoachVox AI: built for coaches. One plan, $99 a month or $83 a month billed annually.
- BuddyPro: for experts selling a premium annual subscription inside Telegram. $197 a month on the annual plan.
- Pickaxe: a general AI agent builder you shape yourself. From $37 a month.
- Personal AI: now an enterprise memory platform. No public price.
- Sensay: now a team knowledge capture tool. $500 per knowledge base per year.
Personify wrote this page, so Personify is not in the numbered list. It has its own labelled section further down.
Why People Leave Delphi
Delphi is a good product. These are the fit problems we hear about.
The useful features sit in the expensive tiers. Custom branding and a custom domain arrive at Scaler, $349 a month on monthly billing. SMS and WhatsApp integration, API access and single sign-on sit in Immortal, which is custom priced.
It is aimed at big names. The top tier is labelled for celebrities and public figures, and the pricing page leads with a testimonial from relationship expert Matthew Hussey. If you coach 40 clients, that is a different audience from yours.
Annual is the default view. The page opens on annual prices ($79 and $299). Switch to monthly and they become $99 and $349. Read the toggle before you budget.
You want it inside your course. Most coaches want the clone where clients already are: the course, the community, the membership. Ask any platform, Delphi included, exactly how that works before you buy.
If none of those bother you, Delphi may still be the right call, and its free tier lets you test it. For a head-to-head with its closest rival, see Delphi vs CoachVox.
1. CoachVox AI
The closest like-for-like swap for coaches.
CoachVox AI is the name that comes up most often next to Delphi, and it is the most direct swap if you coach for a living. It sells a single plan, so there is no climbing from Builder to Scaler to get the feature you need. On monthly billing it costs the same as Delphi Builder.
We cover it in more depth in Personify vs CoachVox AI.
- Who it fits
- Coaches who want a tool built for coaching, with one plan and no tier shopping.
- Price (Oct 2026)
- $99/month, or $83/month billed annually.
- Honest drawback
- The trial asks for a card up front, so you commit payment details before you see answers.
2. BuddyPro
For experts selling one premium subscription into an audience they already have.
BuddyPro is built around one business model: train a twin on your content, then sell access as a premium annual subscription. Its own material suggests charging clients $1,000 to $2,000 a year. The licence is annual, and AI inference is billed on top at about $0.03 to $0.08 per message.
If that model fits your audience, it is a focused product. If it does not, see our full list of BuddyPro alternatives.
- Who it fits
- Established experts with a large back catalogue who want to sell $1,000 to $2,000 a year subscriptions.
- Price (Oct 2026)
- $197/month on the annual plan ($2,364 a year), plus AI usage of roughly $20 to $30 per subscriber per month.
- Honest drawback
- It runs on Telegram, so every client needs Telegram to use it.
3. Pickaxe
A general AI agent builder, not a clone product.
Pickaxe lets you build chatbots and forms from a prompt plus your documents, then embed them on Kajabi, WordPress, Webflow and other sites, or deploy them to Telegram and Discord. It is flexible and the entry price is low.
The trade is effort. Delphi and the coaching tools start from "this is you". Pickaxe starts from a blank agent. Each plan includes some monthly credits, and $1 of credit buys $1 of model usage after that.
- Who it fits
- Builders and consultants happy to write prompts and wire up their own agent.
- Price (Oct 2026)
- Gold $37/month or $29/month billed annually. Pro $147/month or $116/month billed annually. Business from $597/month.
- Honest drawback
- It is a toolkit. Making it sound like you is your job, and usage is paid in credits on top of the plan.
4. Personal AI
Often listed as a Delphi alternative. Check what it sells today.
Personal AI shows up in most older Delphi comparisons, including ours. Today its site calls itself "The AI Memory Platform", and its pricing page asks you to scope a deployment with its team, with a "Book a Carrier Briefing" button and a "Talk to Sales" link.
If you run a company and want a memory layer for many people, talk to them. If you are one coach looking for a Delphi swap this week, start elsewhere.
- Who it fits
- Larger organizations buying an AI memory platform with a sales-led contract.
- Price (Oct 2026)
- See pricing page. No list price is published; you book a call to scope it.
- Honest drawback
- Its pricing page now talks to network operators, so it is no longer a quick self-serve pick for a solo coach.
5. Sensay
A former clone product now pointed at team knowledge.
Sensay used to be grouped with Delphi as a personal replica tool. Its site now describes an offboarding platform: AI-led interviews capture what an expert knows, and the team queries it through Slack, Teams or the web.
That is a real use case and the price is clear. It is just not the job most people searching for a Delphi alternative are trying to do.
- Who it fits
- Teams that need to capture an expert's know-how before they leave the company.
- Price (Oct 2026)
- $500 per knowledge base per year.
- Honest drawback
- It is now built for offboarding inside companies, not for coaches selling access to clients.
Where Personify Fits
Disclosure: Personify wrote this page and competes with every tool above. Weigh this section with that in mind.
Personify is built for coaches and course creators. You train a clone on your own material, then share it as a link or embed it inside Thinkific, Teachable, Kajabi or Circle with single sign-on, so clients use it where they already are. It answers in 100+ languages.
Pricing: a free tier, then Pro at $39 a month or $29 a month billed annually. Self-serve clones are text clones. Voice cloning is part of Done-For-You only, which is scoped on a discovery call and takes about 14 days to build. For what a clone costs across the market, see how much an AI clone costs.
Where it is weaker: if you are a household name who wants SMS reach, a dedicated account manager and a white-glove build for millions of fans, Delphi's Immortal tier is aimed squarely at you, and we are not. If you want to compare us with other options, our Personify alternatives page lists them.

How To Choose
Three questions decide most of it.
Who is it for? Fans of a public figure, paying coaching clients and an internal team want very different things. Pick the tool built for your audience.
What will it cost at your size? A flat plan, a per-message usage bill and credits behave differently as clients grow. Model it at the client count you actually expect.
Can you read its answers first? A free tier tells you more in an afternoon than any comparison page, this one included.
Will it fill your calendar? A clone is one piece. Our guide on how to get coaching clients covers the rest.

How much does Delphi cost in 2026?+
On October 12, 2026, Delphi's pricing page showed a free tier, Builder at $99 a month and Scaler at $349 a month on monthly billing, or $79 and $299 a month on annual billing. The Immortal tier, labelled for celebrities and public figures, is custom priced.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Delphi?+
Yes. Pickaxe Gold is $37 a month or $29 a month billed annually, though usage is paid in credits on top. Personify Pro is $39 a month or $29 a month billed annually, with a free tier. CoachVox AI is $99 a month, the same as Delphi Builder on monthly billing. Delphi also has its own free tier.

Does an AI clone replace me as a coach?+
No. A clone answers questions from your material between sessions and at hours you are not working. It does not replace a qualified coach, therapist or advisor, and every tool on this page should be set up and described to clients that way.
Who wrote this comparison?+
Personify wrote it, and Personify competes with every tool listed. That is why Personify sits in its own labelled section rather than in the ranked list, and why every competitor price is one we read on their live site on October 12, 2026.
