Delphi vs Personal.ai vs CoachVox vs Yoorz: Features, Price and Audience

These platforms get compared as if they are the same product, and they are not. Delphi is self-serve software for creators with an audience. Personal.ai is an enterprise deployment. CoachVox is one flat plan for coaches. Yoorz is a consultancy that delivers a bespoke build. Personify does both self-serve and done-for-you. This page compares them on what they do and who they suit, not just on price.

    The short answer

Pick on delivery model first, not price. Two of these five are not self-serve software at all, and that single fact rules out more options than any feature comparison will.

If you want to log in and build something tonight: Delphi, CoachVox or Personify. Personal.ai and Yoorz both route you through a sales or scoping conversation before you can start.

If you want to test before paying: Personify has a free plan that does not expire, Delphi has a free tier below its $99 entry plan, and CoachVox wants a card for its 14-day trial.

If voice is the point: Delphi is the only one selling voice self-serve, though the good version costs $150 a month or $6,000 one-time. Everywhere else voice arrives through a scoped project.

Who Each One Is Built For

The question that decides this is who the product was designed around.

    Delphi

Built around the creator with reach. The tiering assumes you have an audience big enough to justify $99 to $349 a month before you have earned anything back, and the features that let you charge sit in the custom tier. Strongest fit if you already have distribution.

    Personal.ai

Not really in the coaching market. It sells memory AI into organizations, with no public plans and a sales-led motion. If you are a solo coach comparing it against the others, you are comparing an enterprise deployment against self-serve software.

    CoachVox

The simplest offer of the five. One plan, one price, aimed squarely at coaches. The tradeoffs are that it does not do voice cloning and it takes 10% of anything you charge, on top of Stripe fees.

    Yoorz

A consultancy rather than a platform. You buy a strategy engagement first (£497 audit, £997 framework, both credited toward a build) and the persona is delivered as a bespoke project. Right fit if you want the thinking done with you, wrong fit if you want to log in and build something tonight.

    Personify

Aimed at coaches and course creators who want to test before committing and charge for access without a custom quote. It is the only one of the five with a free plan that does not expire, and the only one offering both a self-serve path and a done-for-you build.

    Voice Cloning

The most misread line in every comparison of these tools.

Delphi is the only one selling voice self-serve. A basic voice comes from a 30 second sample on paid tiers. A dedicated voice model, Pro Voice, is a $150 per month add-on, and professional cloning is $6,000 one-time. So the entry price of voice on Delphi is not the entry price of Delphi.

Personify does voice on Done-For-You builds only, at 97% likeness, as part of a scoped project. Its self-serve Free and Pro plans produce text clones that reply in writing. Any comparison claiming voice on the $39 plan is wrong.

CoachVox does not offer voice cloning, and Yoorz does not mention it in its published offer.

Worth separating two things that get conflated. Text-to-speech reads a script aloud. Voice cloning reproduces how you specifically sound. Most advertised "voice" features are the first thing.

    Charging For Access

If you plan to charge for access, the split matters more than the subscription.

CoachVox takes 10% per transaction plus 2.9% Stripe fees, per its own FAQ. On $2,000 a month of clone revenue that is roughly $258 before you count the subscription.

Delphi gates monetization to its custom top tier. Its current commission terms are negotiated per creator and unpublished. The last publicly documented rate was 20% of subscription revenue, creator-reported in 2025.

Personify puts Stripe Connect on the Pro plan, so charging does not require a custom quote. Done-For-You builds take no Personify commission.

Personal.ai and Yoorz do not sell this as a self-serve feature; it is scoped per engagement.

    Self-Serve Versus Done-For-You

This is the real dividing line in the category.

Three of these five are software you configure yourself: Delphi, CoachVox and Personify's Free and Pro plans. You do the content work, and the quality of the result tracks the quality of what you upload.

Two are services. Yoorz sells a strategy engagement first and delivers a bespoke persona. Personal.ai deploys into organizations through sales. Personify's Done-For-You sits in this group too, launching in about 14 days.

The honest tradeoff: self-serve is cheaper and faster to start but the work lands on you, and most people underestimate it at 4 to 9 hours of document preparation. Done-for-you removes that but costs more and starts with a scoping conversation rather than a signup form. Neither is better; they suit different weeks.

More on the self-serve side of that in how to train an AI clone.

    How To Choose

Four questions that narrow this quickly.

Do you want to build it yourself?

No rules out Delphi and CoachVox. Yes rules out Personal.ai and Yoorz.

Do you need to hear your own voice?

Delphi self-serve, or a done-for-you build. Budget for it separately either way.

    Will you charge for access?

Check the commission before the subscription. On real revenue the split costs more than the plan.

How big is your audience today?

Under a few thousand, start on a free tier. A $99 monthly commitment is hard to justify before the concept is proven.

    FAQs

The questions people ask when comparing these five.

What is the difference between Delphi, Personal.ai and CoachVox?

Delphi is self-serve software for creators, priced $99 to $349 per month, with voice as a paid add-on. Personal.ai is an enterprise memory AI product with no public pricing, sold through sales rather than self-serve. CoachVox is a single $99 per month plan aimed at coaches, with no voice cloning and a 10% cut of anything you charge.

Which AI persona platform is cheapest to start with?

Personify, which has a free plan that does not expire and needs no card. Delphi has a free tier before its $99 per month entry plan. CoachVox requires a card for its 14-day trial. Personal.ai and Yoorz have no self-serve entry point at all.

Which platforms offer real voice cloning?

Delphi offers a basic voice from a 30 second sample on paid tiers, a Pro Voice add-on at $150 per month, and professional cloning at $6,000 one-time. Personify includes professional voice cloning at 97% likeness in its Done-For-You builds only, not on its self-serve plans. CoachVox does not offer voice cloning. Yoorz does not mention it in its published offer.

How do these platforms compare on commission if I charge for access?

CoachVox takes 10% per transaction plus 2.9% Stripe fees, per its own FAQ. Delphi gates monetization to its custom top tier and its current commission terms are negotiated per creator and unpublished; the last publicly documented rate was 20%, creator-reported in 2025. Personify done-for-you builds take no commission. Always check the split before you sign.

Is Yoorz a software platform or an agency?

Closer to an agency. Yoorz sells done-for-you Standard Operating Personas, starting with a £497 plus VAT commercial audit or a £997 plus VAT transformation framework, both credited toward a bespoke build if you proceed within 30 days. There is no self-serve product to sign up for.

Which one should a coach with a small audience choose?

Start with whichever has a real free tier, because a small audience makes a $99 per month commitment hard to justify before you have proven the concept. Test the clone on your own content first, then move to a paid plan or a done-for-you build once it is answering well enough to put in front of clients.

The cheapest way to settle this is to build one and see how it answers.
