Both prices sit on top of your Kajabi subscription if you sell through Kajabi. Kajabi's agents need no extra tool; Personify is a separate account that plugs into Kajabi with a snippet.
Who should pick which
Pick Expert Agents if Kajabi is your whole business, you want students pointed to the exact lesson, and you prefer an assistant that talks about you rather than as you. Nothing to install, and the Universal Inbox is genuinely handy.
Pick an AI clone if people come to you through your website, social media, WhatsApp or another platform as well as Kajabi, you want them to feel they are talking to you, or you want every lead sent on to your email list, CRM or calendar.

Expert Agents are Kajabi's AI chat assistants, trained on content you have already published in Kajabi. There are two types: a Teaching Assistant that answers members' questions inside a Product, and a Sales Agent that answers prospects' questions on Landing and Sales Pages. They are text-only and run on Kajabi-hosted pages.

Kajabi prices Expert Agents per agent, per month, on top of your Kajabi plan. The standard rate from October 1, 2026 is $79 per agent per month, with 1,000 messages and 250 AI credits included per agent. Agents bought between August 1 and September 30, 2026 locked in an early adopter rate of $49 per month for 12 months.
Does a Kajabi Expert Agent sound like me?+
It uses your content and you can set its name and tone, but by design it does not speak as you. Kajabi says its agents never impersonate you: they talk about you in the third person, for example "Based on what Coach Sarah teaches in Module 3". Can I use a Kajabi Expert Agent outside Kajabi?+
